There are a variety of human resource services that we can provide. The include:

  1. Developing assessments and evaluating programs. Broadly speaking, we can design customized employee assessments as they relate to (i) selection assessments (e.g., interviews, quality of hire tests), (b) employee engagement surveys, and (3) training, development, and related program evaluation.

  2. Leadership and team development (e.g., executive coaching) and interpersonal/management skills. Dr. Castille teaches courses on developing management and interpersonal skills. He is also on the Executive MBA faculty at Nicholls State University and willing to coach executives.
